Acquisition by Protera
On March 27, 2024, Protera Technologies, a global provider of SAP and Cloud Managed Services, acquired Managecore, a Wisconsin-based company specializing in RISE with SAP and public cloud SAP services. The acquisition strengthened Protera’s SAP capabilities, particularly in Google Cloud Platform, complementing its existing partnerships with AWS and Azure. Managecore, founded in 2016, had built a strong reputation for managing SAP on public cloud platforms and was an early Google Cloud partner for SAP. This acquisition enabled Protera to expand its global support and service offerings, delivering enhanced value to clients.

Managecore secures a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for the 2nd time, ranking at No. 1128 in 2023 with a remarkable 524% revenue growth over three years.
